Marissa is ready to go out Trick-or-Treating! It took a very long time for her to decide on her costume. She wanted to do something a little out of the ordinary, at first. Then as it became closer to Halloween, she decided to play it safe and chose to be a devil.

It took a while for us to coax Brayden into putting on his costume, and even more coaxing to pose for the picture. Marissa was anxious, yet patient. She really wanted to get to her party, and Brayden was holding everything up.

Of course we had to start the night off at our neighbors'. They always save something special for Brayden and Marissa.
Marissa at her friend, Hailey's. They had a soccer game the next morning so she didn't get to stay the night, but I think they still had fun trick-or-treating and hanging out.

Brayden liked trick-or-treating, but was really shy. It seems that he has developed a bit of a shy bug lately. At every house, he wanted to know the names of the people who lived there. If we didn't know, he had a really hard time going to the front door, even with mama and daddy's help. In a way, it was good for us, because we didn't have to go to very many houses before he was asking to go home. However, on the way home, mama kept trying to get him to go to more houses. We had a lot of fun!
